This package demo shows the full report structure with fictional data for beispiel-betrieb.de. The overview groups findings by severity and area; charts summarize the results. In this demo, the sortable and filterable tables show issues, instructions, sample addresses and measurements. The free view includes a grade, charts and all finding groups with title, severity, occurrence count and effort, plus at most three examples with issue, instruction, one address and measurement. Further instructions, addresses, measurements and PDF proof are in the package report or remediation order.
Grade and charts
The overview shows a grade with pass rate, a ring for the share of passed checks and a donut with finding groups by severity. Below are bars per area, measured against the rules checked. In seconds you see where your website is strong and where work is waiting.
Tables per area
Each area gets its own table. Rows can be sorted by finding, severity, pages, hits and effort, and filtered by severity, page or keyword. Each row expands to show the problem, the instruction to pass on and the affected addresses with measurements.
Before and after
On the second scan of the same website the report compares both states. Three cards show what is new, fixed and still open, plus finding groups by severity before and now. This lets you prove progress to customers, partners and authorities and shows where the next step lies.
Report verstehen
How to read the results.
The following notes explain the sections of the sample report. They describe what the figures mean and how you can use them for your next steps. Expand the section you are interested in. Each part stands on its own and points to the place in the report where the figure appears.
Grade and scope
The grade sums up the results of this sample report. It is based on the checks listed in the overview. A good value complements a manual review. It shows the state of the points the scan actually examined. Compare the visited addresses with your sitemap if needed.
The number of checked pages describes the scope of this run. It is not automatically the total number of all pages of the website. The quick scan follows public links up to the booked limit, so a page outside this scope may be missing from the report. Use the order as a guide when reviewing.
The distribution by severity helps you order the work. Start with urgent security and functional problems. Then handle the lighter notes. Severity describes the rating of the rule, not the financial damage for a single business. The detail area holds the basis for further decisions.
The charts condense many single results into one overview. Then pick an area or open the table. There you see the ID, the affected addresses and the instruction. The path from overview to finding stays traceable. Sorting is changed via the table headers.
Finding groups and tables
The report combines identical rule violations into one finding group. A group can contain several pages and several hits. This shows whether a problem affects one address or repeats in different places. The table lists both numbers separately.
Open the details of a finding group to read the problem and the instruction. The affected addresses and measurements are listed directly below. This lets your technical support trace the observation and start at the right place. The ID helps you find the finding again later in the history or in a question to us.
Sort the table by finding, severity, pages, hits or effort. The filters narrow the view by severity and address. A search helps you narrow down by keyword. These functions leave the report unchanged and store no new rating.
The effort estimate serves first planning. It is a guide rather than a binding offer and depends on the website and its technical setup. Have the scope checked before a change. After the fix, a new scan shows whether the observed deviation remains.
Comparing scans
The comparison uses the previous completed scan of the same website. The date is shown above the three cards. This lets you place the current report in time and check which results have changed since the last run. A finding counts as fixed when its rule passes on every page that was affected before.
New findings appeared in the current scan. First check whether the affected page or a change on the website caused them. The report links the finding group to its address and the matching benchmark. Another run shows whether the rule still triggers.
Fixed findings were present in the previous scan and are gone from the current result. The ID makes the match possible. If you document the change, you can trace the cause later and check similar places. Source and period sit next to the data set.
Open findings remain in the current report. One entry can contain several affected addresses. After a fix, also check the other pages of the same group. This way you close the whole reported scope, not just the first visible spot.
Discoverability data
The visibility view adds data from connected sources to the technical checks. Such a value comes from the named source and the stated period. It is labelled in the report as external data rather than a scan measurement. Check the property before comparing figures.
Search terms and click data from Search Console refer to the stated property. Check property and period before comparing values with other reports. Different settings can lead to other totals or lists. The data set shown applies to the described source and period.
Bing Webmaster Tools provides the Bing data shown in the example. The report names the connected website and states the source. The list describes the measurements available for the period: clicks, search terms, incoming links and crawl problems. Coverage can differ from other providers because each index knows different pages.
Incoming links and authority values depend on the link index used. A value can be incomplete or differ from other providers. Check conspicuous domains individually before drawing conclusions. The report names source and date so you can read the statement in context and back it up towards third parties.
This demo shows the full report structure. The free view includes a grade, charts and all finding groups with title, severity, occurrence count and effort, plus up to three example findings with the issue, instruction, one address and measurement. Further instructions, addresses, measurements and PDF proof are in the package report or remediation order.

Problem: No RSS/Atom feed is linked or the feed is invalid. Feeds help Google Discover, news readers and AI services detect new content.
Instruction to pass onOffer a feed (CMS feature) and link it in the head: <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="…" href="/feed/">; check the feed with the W3C feed validator.
Problem: Note: the main text has fewer than 300 or more than 5,000 words. Very short pages do not establish the topic; very long ones without structure are processed poorly.
Instruction to pass onExpand short pages, split very long ones into subpages or clearly structured sections with anchors.
Instruction to pass onFix every reported violation at the named element: contrast ≥ 4.5:1, labels for fields, click areas ≥ 24 px, visible focus, landmarks.

Estimated fix effort
For the 9 finding groups we estimate around 9 hours of developer work. Template faults count once, even if they appear on many pages.
You can implement the instructions yourself or with your agency. If you want us to take over, you get a fixed-price quote based on this estimate; after the fix a new scan confirms the result.
Pass the instructions on to your developer or your AI area by area, best by severity, starting at the top. Once everything is fixed, run the scan again; the next report then shows what is new, fixed or still open. For the whole website, a monthly comparison and a proof report there is the Website package; questions to info@nelten.de.
